On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, Trust Facility Services held a seminar at its offices, for the employees who worked in Th.PA. S.A. The training concerned issues of ISPS certification, issues of the SPPF( Security Plan for Port Facilities) and all operational security procedures that are necessary for cruises.
The trainig was prepared by Port Facility Security Officer and Port Security Officer.
Our city welcomed the 18th VANTAO (Balkan Cities Association of Nephrology, Dialysis, Transplantation and Artificial Organs), where nephrologists from all the balkan countries attended. The Nephrology Conference was held at the Makedonia Palace Hotel from October 19-22,2023.
Trust Facility Services took over the manned guarding of the conference where it was held in absolute safety.
On Wednesday 11/10/2023, Trust Facility Services A.E. held a specialized seminar on fire safety and fire fighting at PORTO CARRAS.
The presenter of the seminar was the Fire Marshal and the Chief Firefighter of the Fire Department at the N. Marmaras station, where they gave all the necessary advice and instructions in the theoretical as well as the practical part of the seminar. Specifically, they mentioned the causes of a fire, the ways of extinguishing the fire with both fire extinguishers and a fire truck, the types of fire extinguishers, and the instructions for evacuating buildings in the event of a fire.
In the practical part of the seminar that followed, the employees of Trust Facility Services A.E., used dry powder fire extinguishers under the guidance of the Chief Fire Officer.
Trust Facility Services continues to emphasize on the training of its staff. It organised a first aid seminar at the facilities of the Red Cross in Thessaloniki. The training program was 5 hours long and the participants were trained both in theory and in the practical exersize of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) in specialized props with contemporary training defibrillators.
Trust Facility Services has taken over from March 31,2023 the manned guarding of the Commercial Port of Kavala ‘PHILIPPOS II’ and guarding and security for cruise ships in the Central Port of Kavala ‘APOSTOLOS PAVLOS’.
The staff of Trust Facility Services S.A.. has the necessary knowledge about guarding port facilities as it has been trained according to the International Ship and Port Facility Code (ISPS Code), the requirements of the training model no. 3.24 of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the European Regulation 725/2004 for the promotion of Maritime Safety on ships and Port Facilities.

On Tuesday 04/04/2023, Trust Facility Services in collaboration with Theageneio Hospital held the 3rd voluntary blood donation at its offices.Volunteer blood donors were security guards of our company and people from the administrative staff where they contributed once again to our company’s blood bank, to the ‘Association of Volunteer Blood Donors TRUST FACILITY IEPYA SA’.The collaboration with the nurses and doctors of Theageneio Hospital was excellent and there was an important result for the achievement of our goal.

on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at a conference held at the MAKEDONIA PALACE Hotel facilities, participated in the annual training by Port Facility Security Officer, on issues of security and threats against the security of the Port Facility of the Thessaloniki Port Organization S.A.
Trust Facility Services, as part of the continuous training of its staff, organized a training seminar on the use of a sniffer detection device. The seminar was held on 24/08/2022 at the OLTH site by experienced trainers. The training program lasted 4 hours and the participants were trained both theoretically and in the practical application of the sniffer device.
