The international Organization for standardization ( ISO ) organization validates the way companies operate and provide their services. It is a certification-confirmation that an enterprise-organization complies with the rules concerning the management and quality assurance of services.

Trust FS was evaluated by internationally recognized management systems certification bodies and was found to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management standard with the object of providing security services, guarding facilities & events.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized model for the creation, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system through which Trust demonstrates its ability to continually provide security services that meet Needs of our customers. Complies with regulatory requirements in order to improve customer satisfaction through process improvements and compliance assurance.
ISO 22301

ISO 14001:2015

The ISO 14001 standard is an internationally recognized certification standard for environmental management. Its purpose is to harmonise the company’s functions with the regulations and the applicable legislation, the protection of the environment and the saving of natural resources, as well as the continuous improvement of the company. Trust FS has a high environmental conscience, which is reflected in its environmentally friendly policy and continued commitment to promote green practices and attitudes among its employees.

ISO 18788:2015

ISO 18788 specifies the requirements and provides guidance for organizations that conduct or contract security operations. Moreover, it provides a framework for establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving a Security Operations Management System. It enables the constant development of security services, while ensuring customer safety and respect for human rights. This standard demonstrates compliance with laws and regulations, respect for human rights, and the establishment of professional security operations to better meet the customer’s and stakeholder’s needs.

ISO 22301:2012

ISO 22301 is a standard that defines and describes the requirements for the development and implementation of a business continuity management system. Business continuity is the company’s ability to provide services at acceptable predetermined (or pre-agreed) levels even after an unexpected / undesirable event (eg pandemic, earthquake, flood, prolonged power outage, cyber attack, key supplier failure). , lack of financial liquidity, etc.). The ISO 27001 Standard is the international best practices standard for information security. This standard is broadly based and includes the three main aspects of an integrated information security system: people, processes and technology. By implementing measures to protect information with this triple approach, the company can defend not only the risks due to technology but other more common risks, such as poorly informed staff or Ineffective procedures.
ISO 37001:2016

ISO 37001:2016

The ISO 37001 anti-bribery and anti-corruption standard is the only internationally recognized standard that sets requirements and provides guidelines for establishing, implementing, maintaining, reviewing and improving an effective anti-bribery and anti-corruption management system. With the acquisition of ISO 37001, Trust is committed to contribute in every possible way, on its part, to the prevention and fight against corruption and considers the assistance of all necessary for the effective prevention and fight against such phenomena. Trust shows zero tolerance for bribery and corruption and acts in all its activities based on ethics, integrity and principles of confidentiality.
The Management of the company is committed to supervise in every possible and effective way the implementation and observance of the standard, as well as to hold training seminars to inform all its employees about the prevention and fight against corruption, especially for the executives of the Company who are more likely to be exposed to situations of possible breaches of anti-corruption legislation.

ISO 39001:2012

The ISO 39001 standard sets requirements for a road traffic safety management system so that we can reduce the chances of death and serious injuries related to road accidents. The aim of ISO 39001 is to develop and implement processes that will help the company to control all activities that affect and are influenced by road safety

ISO 45001:2018

ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its performance.
ISO 50001:2018 ISO 50001 is an international standard for the implementation of Energy Management Systems (EMS) that helps reduce energy consumption, minimize a company’s environmental footprint and reduce costs by promoting the sustainable use of energy.   The standard is based on the methodology of Deming’s principle “Plan – Execute – Check – Improve” and requires, in addition to the systemic specifications (documentation control, personnel training, monitoring of corrective and preventive actions, inspection and review), mainly the following:
  • Establishing an appropriate energy policy
  • The determination of energy aspects / needs and identification of energy improvement opportunities
  • The determination of legal and other requirements regarding the energy aspects of the organization
  • The definition of specific goals regarding the efficient use of energy, the implementation of which is completed by the implementation of systematic energy management programs
  • The establishment of an organizational structure for an effective implementation of an Energy Management System.
