The 24-hour center for the reception and processing of signals & images of alarm systems is staffed by a team of experienced operators and technicians, with  all the necessary legal certificates and licenses.

We invest in the continuous training and education of our executives, aiming at the integrated provision of electronic security services to meet the needs of our customers.

To  support the functions of the CMS services, alarm systems, technical infrastructure and software applications of recognized construction houses are used both at the hardware level (servers, Switches, routers, Ups, etc.), as well as software (code development, database, etc.).

Connection of the existing alarm system with the central CMS signal Station for 24-hour electronic monitoring, reception, processing and storage of signals. In addition, information in case of activation & deactivation of alarm, check of the observance of declared-conventional reinforcement hours and disarmament alarm system, information in case of interruption and restoration of electricity and Send a history of alarm system signals.

Connection of the existing alarm system with the central CMS signal Station for 24-hour electronic monitoring, reception, processing and storage of & image signals. Additional connection to the existing CCTV system, in case of alarm signal. Trust Facility Services SA offers the possibility of periodic visual monitoring or continuous visual monitoring at the conventional agreed hours.

Immediate Intervention Service, in the event of activation of the alarm system, with a company vehicle for the days Monday-Saturday from 22:00 to 06:00 of the next, and 24-hour basis for Sundays and public holidays. The Services are complemented by the following allowances:

• Regular/Frequent patrol with the company’s vehicle at the agreed hours
• Send a guard to the customer after an alert, burglary or incident announcement at the request of the customer within a reasonable time.

Trust Facility Services SA is able to provide the necessary support in case of danger and personal threat. Through the “CMS” there is the ability to receive immediate alerts and to inform the competent authorities and the Department of Immediate intervention of the company.
